I ran Trend Micro Antivirus and in a Real-Time Scan it found the two above Infected files.
I do have the Alexa toolbar installed and want to keep it. Are these two safe or do I need to remove them...If so, how?
Thanks

Check this link:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/startups/a...lbar-14072.html

The Alexatoolbar is reported as containing a trojan. Other malware related issues can arise if you continue to let this run.
The name says it all -- 59 and holding permanently
