The problem started about a week a go. I heard music playing and figured it was a friend on ventrillo, but it kept playing after I shut all my programs down. It would play for a little, always the same 3 songs with 2 ads in between them, then stop. After it was done playing I would check the history on my IE and it would be filled with sites I didn't go to.

To try to fix this problem I used SpyBot S&D and Ad-aware but it kept playing. I then looked up a few programs you guys posted and ran them. They all found problems but didn't really fix it. I believe there may be more then just spyware at work here.

I already have AVG, Spybot s&d and Ad-Aware on my comp. Please help, I know you guys have a solution and I would appreciate anything to make it stop.

Thank you.

If that does not do the trick you might want to try the following :

Download and scan with SUPERAntiSypware Free for Home Users

* Double-click SUPERAntiSpyware.exe and use the default settings for installation.
* An icon will be created on your desktop. Double-click that icon to launch the program.
* If asked to update the program definitions, click "Yes". If not, update the definitions before scanning by selecting "Check for Udates". (If you encounter any problems while downloading the updates, manually download and unzip them from here.)
* When done, select "Scan for Harmful Software".
* There are three scanning options. Choose "Perform Complete Scan" and click "Next".
* When done, a Scan Summary will appear with potentially harmful items that were detected. Click "OK".
* Make sure they all have a checkmark next to them and click "Next".
* A notification will appear that "Quarantine and Removal is Complete". Click "OK" and then click the "Finish" button to return to the main menu.
* Click Preferences and then click the statistics/logs tab.
* Click the dated log and press View log. A text file will appear so you can see the results.
* Select close to exit the program.
* Scan in SAFE MODE
