I have an LG GCC-4522B, and I just updated the drivers for it from the LG website.

I'm trying to burn a data DVD with Nero 7 Ultra, but when I try to burn it to the DVD+R, it says the drive is empty!
I have no idea what's going on. I've tried 3 blank DVD+R's, and it just keeps telling me there's no disc in the drive.

Any help or recommendations would would be greatly appreciated.

Go into the Device Manager and uninstall the DVD-RW. Reboot your computer and allow XP to reinstall the drive.

Have you checked that the DVD drive is compaterble with DVD+R and DVD-R. Sometimes they don't work on both formats.
