This pc operates on ADSL Broadband . A month ago we could not open Explorer no matter what although Incredimail functioned ok.
After 4 hours our computer engineer gave up and uploaded Firefox which is fine but still leaves the lingering doubt over IE - especially as we have just the other odd niggle such as the screensaver not kicking in anymore which hints at an underlying problem.
It's not a biggie just a mystery and if anyone has the time to think on it I'd appreciate it ..
Cheers Dave

Have you tried uninstalling it, reverting back to IE 6, and seeing if the problem persists?
