If anyone has the following files please let me know and i will give you my e-mail address for you to send to me: SKU011.CAB (for Microsoft Excel)
OUTLRPC.dll (for Microsoft Outlook 2003)

BC AdBot (Login to Remove)

You will be able to locate both of these files by doing a search in the Micro$oft Office Downloads Home Page.

When downloading from the update center i get an error so if someone could just send them to me at marklafan@yahoo.com

When i type in the file names under the SEARCH DOWNLOADS, nothing brings me to a point where i can get just those files....

For the CAB file, did you follow the instructions on This page?

I not sure which OUTLRPC.dll update you need that is listed Here.

Perhaps another member can direct you to the correct dll update.
