I Got This Error Message"communication Not Available" When I Try To Print

Ive done everything it has told me to. it says to unplug and replug restart, all that i have done many times. and yet i am still getting the same message. i dont understand. i really need help. i have important documents i need printer asap. and its not looking too good. so please anyone who knows something i can try, please let me know. thanks a bunch

Hello,

If you go to start then run type services.msc scroll down the list and start the print spooler service. this should allow communication. If not, you might have to re install the printer software.
