Had a quick search found these two posts

Bios
VIA Forum

Drivers
http://www.voodoofiles.net/vb/archive/index.php/t-2425.html

Try the driver option first if that doesn't work, it may be a problem with the bios and will require a update from ECS.

Don't try the bios route first.

Try the driver solution first, use the clean utility to get rid of previous install and try that.

If that doesn't work, then it may need a bios update to correct the bios.

As for updating the bios you will have to read the information on your mobo manufacturers website on how to do it.

You can get round the no floppy drive by creating a bootable CD. I've done this before, although to build the image it's would be easy if you've got a friend who's got a floppy drive. Create a dos floppy boot disk from within XP, copy across the bios update and flash tool if there is one and use Nero to create a bootable CD-rom and use the data on the floppy to act the boot image. This will give you a bootable CD-Rom with the bios update, all you'll need to do it type in the file name and flash your bios.

If your mobo doesn't support the graphics card even after a bios update, then I'm afraid it's send either the mobo/graphics card back or buy a new mobo which does.

To test your memory download the Ultimate BootCD as this has several tools to test your memory.

Any software

Drivers, games, anti-virus etc.... Could be one of these causing the problem.
