I have somehow contracted the infamous "Powered by Zedo" trojan and have
fallen and cannot get up. I'm really surprised that I have this because I do
not use IE (only firefox), because I actively run AVG and Avast as my virus
software (which found nothing), and because I run Lavasoft Ad-Adware.
This has frustrated to no end since I have been unable to fix this after about
2 days of trying. I've attached my HijackThis log. Any help anyone can give
will be extremely appreciated.

Alvin

Hi and welcome to Bleeping Computer! My name is Sam and I will be helping you.
The very first thing I recommend that you do is uninstall either AVG or Avast. You should not be running two antivirus programs simultaneously. It can cause serious conflicts.

Next I would request that, going forward, you copy and paste the text from all logs directly into the post instead of attaching them.

Now let's get a look at a more detailed log.

Please download ComboFix and save it to your desktop.
Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's done running it will produce a log for you. Please post that log in your next reply.

Important Note - Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.
