I have just signed upto to Sky anytime so I can watch programs I have missed on my PC. It all installed OK but once I log in I get a message taking me to microsoft. This tells me my licenses are missing or corrupt. It also goes on about DRM files. I have tried to follow the on screen instructions but dont get any where. I tried to reinstall the media player but this didnt help either. Can anyone help me with this in a simple way as Im useless at this sort of thing. All help gratfully recieved.

When you followed the directions on MS website, did it ask you to download and Active X component?

Are you using IE or Firefox?

I would try a different media player, such as Media Player Classic.
