Hi again...I couldn't remove the spyware from my computer (worked for days on it) so I decided to reformat the hard drive. Now I'm having a problem because I'm going to replace Win ME with Win XP....I can't do it! I have reformatted several hard drives so I have been able to do it with other computers but this one is really giving me a hard time. Can anyone help me by giving me step by step instructions? My computer is a compaq. Please help me.

When you reformat your drive simply boot up with your xp cd and follow the prompts. What problems are you having exactly?
