Helo...I've some problem with this computer.

I can't login to desktop, and it keep displaying "Welcome" screen and stuck there, CRTL + ALT + DEL is not working, but the mouse cursor is working...it just stuck there..and no hdd activities.

But when access to safe mode [same account], it works normally, I've ran all the virus checking tools, spyware checking tools [yes, I've done some research in this thread :/]. I've tried disable all startup items in msconfig, but when restart to normal mode, it still the same, it will stay at the "Welcome" screen, and thats it...stuck there :/

Any helps? Thanks!

/Don't ask me to re-format, re-install windows, since this pc need to used urgently..today/

In safe mode go Start > Run and type

sfc /scannow

Type in the runbox services, msc and see if you have two RPC items running. If not you most likely have a virus onboard.
