My Computer Is Giving A Blue Error Screen What Do I Do?

wHEN MY COMPUTER BOOTS IT GETS TO MY MAIN SCRREN AND THE MICROSOFT OFFICE 12 INSTALL KEEPS POPPING UP TO BE INSTALLED, OR RATHER FINISH BEING INSTALLED. I TRY TO REMOVE IT FROM ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS BUT IT SAYS THAT IT IS ALREADY IN PROGRESS OF BEING INSTALLED. THEN MY SCREEN GOES BLUE AND GIVES ME THE ERROR THAT I MAY NEED TO REMOVE OR FINISH INSTALLING NEWLY INSTALLED SOFTWARE? hOW CAN I FIX THIS PROBLEM.

Please turn the caps. lock off. I assume you have Office on your computer. Try restarting your computer and after the loading screen start tapping the F8 key and go into safemode. try uninstalling it through Add/Remove programs there, then reboot
