I have been infected with a spyware called RelevantKnowledge and dont know what to do.
Somehow this spyware program has installed itself onto my computer. I have found it under add and remove programs and tried to remove it but I can no longer view web pages when removed. I know I have not lost my internet connection because I can ping any address and get a response. I then have to restore my computer to get it working again. Has anyone ever heard of this RealevantKnowledge and know how to get rid of it?

Uninstaller in link below.

It is also likely you have other malware on your comp. Suggest you follow instructions below.

Install Super Antispyware. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

Run the online scan for Bit Defender in normal mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

I understood from your first post that removing Relevant Knowledge caused you to lose internet connection. If you quarantine whatever malware the two programs I suggested you use, and you lose internet connection, you can remove reverse the quarantine. I suggest you try it. Whatever you decide, post a Hijack This log.
