I don't quite remember why I installed SQL Express Edition. Had something to do with another application I think. But for the past few weeks I've been plagued by an uninstallable upgrade that the MS auto upgrade continues ... day after day .. telling me is critical. Today ... this is what really makes it a little urgent ... I tried turning the computer off. MS upgrade system tried to install it before shutting down ... and got stuck ... forever telling me not that the computer would shut down automatically when the installation was complete ... never did.
