hi this is my first time on here so im not too sure what im suppose to write

i followed all instructions on installing the smitfraudfix (automatic way) and it said i had a file missing so didnt work. then i tried to do it manually following instructions on this site, using the FixSl.reg and non of the files it said to try and find are on my computer. i have also tried to find these files using the search tast on the computer (including looking in hidden files) and it found nothing.

Super Antispyware has had success removing Spylocked. Definitely post a Hijack This log, too.

Install Super Antispyware. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

Run the online scan for Bit Defender in normal mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.


Post a Hijack This log in the Hijack This Forum by following the directions in the link below if the programs above have not removed ALL malware. DO NOT post the log in this forum.

The developper of the programm has discovered a small bug in smitfraudfix and is currently correcting it. Please have 1 more day of patience and watch this board since we will be alerting you when it is ready
