i nid help in basic cleaning my comp,coz` my comp have to many WEBS ^^.... i nid some guidelines so that i wont short circuit it.....ty

yeah,my interior pc... can someone give mo a short guideline coz im lazy to read all in the given link..

just short guidelines..

my OS is xp prof. do i have to know my OS???in cleaning comp?
