If anyone can help me on this one would be truly grateful...have searched help within access 2007 but to no avail. As part of an assignment I am doing in Financial studies I need to add a photo link to one of my tables. In particular I need to insert a bitmap image into each record - in this instance it is an Employees table. Thank you, regards, Tanya.

hmmm... form April 2007 and nobody has replied yet?

create field in the table with a data type of "OLE Object". you can store images in the field.

tip: note the difference between storing the actual image and storing just the path to the image: using OLE to store the actual image means the image is right in the db; another option is to just store a link or path to the image located somewhere else on the computer, network, or web (this is useful to keep your db small and quick).
