How Do I Repair A Dll Error?

When I shut down my pc I get the following error:

drwtsn.32 exe DLL failed to inisialize. How do I get rid of it?

I would need a free program.

Go to Start then select Run. When the Run box opens type in sfc /scannow, and press enter. You will need your XP CDs that came with the computer.

I just tried it and it says Windows cannot find the file?

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
