Problem With My Computer

:thumbsup: :flowers: I seemed to have this very bad virus that I downloaded on my computer it's called Crawler ToolBar.How to I get it removed completely off my computer? I did go to Add/Remove and it wouldn't let me remove it at all. :trumpet:

If you didn't voluntarily download this, you probably have some trojans on your computer.

Install Super Antispyware. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

Run the online scan for Bit Defender in normal mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

The superantispyware said that it's already on my compter there is no way for me to uninstall it because that one there just won't let me. :thumbsup:

My computer runs real slowly and it loads up slowly when I log back on And I can't really tell what seems to be the problem. :flowers: :thumbsup:

Just as a suggestion, unless you really enjoy spam. You might want to consider removing your email address from your signature block. We have bots crawling our pages looking for just that sort of information.
