hi all i was wondering if someone coulld help me out, when ever i try and burn an AVI or even back up my son's dvd's in dvd shrink it will shut down my computer. i have tryed nero, dvd santa and still same thing thanks for you time.

How much RAM do you have, and how much free space do you have on your hdd?

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
