[b][size=3]On what brand and models does the ink cartridges last the longest?Mine eats ink,and getting very expensive to operate.I have a Epson discontinued model at present. It is a good printer but it is just too expensive to run. What brands and model numbers are good and inexpensive?I mostly print documents off the web,and sometimes photos which I scan to my pc with my scanner.Should I get one with a built in scanner? A laser or inkjet?I need color and black and white.Thank you.

I like the hp photosmart 8250 uses 6 cartridges that can be purchased in a multipack for about 35/40 dollars.

I seem to get good life from mine. Why would you need another scanner if you already have one?

here is a link to the printer ($80 sucks I paid 200 when I got mine.)

The name says it all -- 59 and holding permanently

**WARNING** Links I provide might cause brain damage
