I have a Mr Flash 1GB that I can't format. When I go to properties it says full and the file or whatever says RAW. Windows XP will not let me format. I would like to use this thing but can't seem to get it useable. HELP

1GB Mr Flash Properties indicate System as RAW I don't know what that is. Also indicates no space left. All I want to do is format and windows tells me it can't. What can I do to make this thumb drive work?
