I just downloaded one file from that site and I'm afraid I might have installed a virus. What can I do?

What type of anti-virus are you using? Have you performed any anti-spyware scans? Have your tried doing your scans in "SAFE MODE"?

Download and scan with SUPERAntiSypware Free for Home Users.
Download and scan with Ad-Aware SE Personal 1.06.
Download and scan with Spybot S&D 1.4
Download and scan with Dr.Web CureIt. Follow the instructions here for performing a scan.
