Ugh, McAfee keeps alerting me to some darn thing called "drive cleaner." When I ask McAfee to delete it, it says that the program cannot be completely removed and then shows 4 files where it seems to be located. I don't know much about computers and don't want to end up deleting something that I actually need.

Superantispyware didn't find it and someone suggested SmitfraudFix. The other thing I'm a little concerned about is actually downloading an unreputable program like the one I'm trying to get rid of.

Can anyone please help? Sorry if this topic has been posted before -- I'm just tired of looking for answers

Thank you

Thank you for the instructions, Fozzie. Will they work even if I don't have Drive Cleaner 2006 specifically? I've never actually seen Drive Cleaner pop up. The only way I know I even have it is because McAfee detected it in 4 separate files (I can post them if needed) and warned me about it.
