Please make sure that you can view all hidden files. Instructions on how to do this can be found here:

How to see hidden files in Windows

Run Hijackthis again, click scan, and Put a checkmark next to each of these. Then close all other windows--you should only see HijackThis on your Desktop--and click the Fix Checked button.

i tried to run hijackthis but it encounted a problem and needed to close sorry for inconevience. i then used ad-aware se and spybot then hijackthis worked. why?
when i run as-aware se out of 277 files found all there was is this ibis toolbar, what is it? after hijackthis i ticked your recommended entries to remove. and then
anyway when i rebooted the computer to run in safe mode it won't load it starts but then it just keeps thinking, why? i was trying to remove...
C:\WINDOWS\isrvs <- this folder
C:\WINDOWS\system32\zdablpu.exe
C:\Program Files\Windows ServeAd <- this folder
C:\WINDOWS\system32\vtrjrmwt.dll
C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\WinTools <- this folder
C:\WINDOWS\system32\scpnpdnm.dll
C:\WINDOWS\BTGrab.dll

I tried to boot pc in safe mode the next morning, and it did after about 3-4 minutes (usually quicker than that) but i removed those files menioned above (except the 3 in system32 folder, they didn't exist) as you said don't worry.
when i logged off safe moder it come up with End Program - MPDB_MGR_WND i wated then it rebooted back to normal running windows.

ALSO...
My Pc is running very slow.
cpu usage is aroung 6%
is there a way to find out why?
i'm having trouble with outlook in office xp as it can't find my defult e-mail address
and also when i went to play a dvd my pc shut down and reboted also scanning c drive for errors upon relod it poped up message that it had recovered from serious error so i played the dvd after that when i pressed stop it shut down and the the same reboot with scan c drive and the same message popped up.
i've got this file "Thumbs" sitting in nearlly all my folders it's everywhere i think it's windows file i think. i delete it and it comes back.
and also i have this search bar in the bottome right corner it says nothing of what it is it's not any on the system that i can find not in add remove programs either. doesn't say what it's called just a search bar. it loads when windows starts up it's annoying. and also with my office xp (ver 2002) shortcut bar on desktop, it won't load on windows startup, when you go into the properties, there's no option like in office 2000 shortcut bar. i've done detect repair, uninstall then reinstall not there. comes up when i click on it or i press ctrl+alt+up (arrow under the end button)
Should I Be using peer 2 peer file sharing programs are they safe . - i have morpheus, used to have kazaa but got rid of it, also got rid of winmx.
when i went to play a DVD using power DVD the pc shut don then rebooted scanned c drive for errors, the started windows xp message box appears saying it recovered from serious error here's what it said...

BCCode: C2 BCPI: 0000007 BCP2: 00000CD4 BCP3: 8253DE98 BCP4: 82ACF9FO OSVer: 5_1_2600 SP:2_0 Product: 768_8

C:\docume-1\Canon\LOCALS-1\Temp\werF887.dir00\mINI011205-2.dmp
C:\docume-1\Canon\LOCALS-1\Temp\werF887.dir00\Sysdatd.xml

after that i ended playing the DVD but when i pressed stop the pc shut down and did it again, with the same message and the other bits too. what's happening? DVD problem? computer is an ACER ASpire T310 Pentium 4 2.8GHZ 512mb ram, 80GB hardrive with 51GB free space, running WINDOWS XP Version 2002 with Service Pack 2. When loaded windows it said that "Cannon Find C:\Program. Make sure you typed the mane correctly then try again.
Also i deleted some files off my pc i had 51MB free space, 1 file was 700MB, when i deleted it it used more space, now i have 47GB free space after i deleted about 50 files most of them in MB.

This is the new log performed.

i tried to run hijackthis but it encounted a problem and needed to close sorry for inconevience. i then used ad-aware se and spybot then hijackthis worked. why?
when i run as-aware se out of 277 files found all there was is this ibis toolbar, what is it? after hijackthis i ticked your recommended entries to remove. and then
anyway when i rebooted the computer to run in safe mode it won't load it starts but then it just keeps thinking, why? i was trying to remove...

When Windows XP has loaded to normal (ready to use) this message pops up "Cannot find C:\Program." Make sure you have typed the name correctly and then try again.

This is the new log performed.

I can't begin to follow everything in your last post. Let's get rid of the malware on your system first. Then if you still have these problems we can address them.

Download Ad-aware SE from: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download506.html

Install the program and launch it.

First, in the main window, look in the bottom right corner and click on Check for updates now and download the latest reference files.

Exit Adaware for now.

Reboot your computer into Safe Mode

Then delete these files or directories (Do not be concerned if they do not exist)

C:\WINDOWS\isrvs <- this folder
C:\Program Files\Archive <- this folder
C:\WINDOWS\system32\qppjmqef.dll
C:\PROGRA~1\Toolbar <- this folder

Run a full scan with Adaware while in Safe Mode.

Reboot your computer to go back to normal mode and post a new log.

This is my new log file.
I must my computer is running a lot faster than it was before using HiJackThis,
Ad-Ware SE & Spybot (Should I Use Spybot)
I Will let you know if i find any more problems, i can't say if i do have any or not as i'll have to just wait and see what happens.

but when log off windows i get End Program: CcApp.exe - what's that?

I also solved my Office XP Shortcut Bar problem, it wouldn't load on windows startup, so i put in office 2000 CD in and installed Office 2000 SHortcut Bar, Works Great. As Office XP doesn't include Binder anymore you can install Binder from office 2000 CD. Click an every folder and tick not avlaible and just click run on my computer for Shortcut Bar and Binder. Anyone with office 2003 edition to try Office 2000 shortcut bar. Just place Office 2000 CD in drive.

Download: Registry Search Tool (RegSrch.zip) [freeware]
http://billsway.com/vbspage/

To use: unzip and double-click "RegSrch.vbs"
Note: if your Antivirus or another program prompts about running a ".vbs" file, allow the script to run.

Next: (type) isrvs and wait, you will get a prompt to open the results in Wordpad.

Copy and paste the contents in your next message.

You can save removeit.reg to someplace where you can find it. I'd save it to your desktop. Just follow the instructions.

Please post a new log.

Failing to respond back to the person that is giving up their own time to help you not only is insensitive and disrespectful, but it guarantees that you will never receive help from me again. Please thank your helpers and there will always be help here when you need it!
