I like Acronis Disk Director. It's very reminiscient of older versions of Partition Magic (which is also good). Both are "payware" so I'll leave it to others to recommend freeware.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

I like and have been using Digital Dolly 1.0 for years. It boots to a GUI similar to DOSSHELL (If you can remember DOSSHELL). About a 50mb download.
