[ This system DLL user 32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\HHCTR.OCX occupied on address range reserved for windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.]

The above in bracketís is an error which appears when I first turn on my computer. I recently downloaded spybot and have had pop ups asking to allow or not certain registry changes and Iím not sure what I should do there and may have clicked something I shouldnít have. I also just had some updates just before this problem started. I would appreciate any advice. Thanks
