Well, whenever I go to the desktop, or internet explorer, or some other program, my mouse is normal speed. But however, whenever I open up Ventrilo or DivX Player my mouse pointer speed is extremely slow. :S

Why is this?

Do you use an animated cursor? Your computer is probably set to focus on programs rather than system services. I would say the computer puts all its power to playing whatever you are doing in DivX or Ventrilo rather than your cursor. I will look further into the issue for you.

How much RAM do you have? What speed processor do you have? How much free space on your hard drive?
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
