Ddl System Was Relocated In Memory

[font=Lucida Console][b] I have this when I turn the computer on.
The system DLL user 32. dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation system occurred because the DllC.\window\system 32\HHCTRL.ocx occupied an address range reserved for windows system DLLs.
The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL
RTHDCPL.EXE-Illegal system DDL relocation. :thumbsup:

I have no idea what is happeningI can continue after I hit the OK button, but, this keeps happening.

Any help would be great. :flowers:
