Hello,

Since some time I get this message as my computer starts: rthdcpl.exe - Illegal System DLL Relocation. The system DLL user32dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occured because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL. Pls, could somebody explain what I should do?! Thanks a lot,
Jul

WOW!!! This is a major FUBAR for some sort of update. There's been 3 other posts here today about this - and there's some also in the other forums that I visit.

I'd suggest trying the fixes in this thread: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/87278/illegal-system-dll-relocation-message/
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
