Google, Ask Jeeves, and Live Search Came up Dry... Did you mean: RXMON.EXE
rxmon.exe is a part of the Roxio EasyCD Creator application. This process should not be removed while using Roxio EasyCD Creator to ensure that the CD burning process is running without any errors.

My guess......they are trying to diagnose their own Hijack Log.
