I am having trouble with my investment website on one pc. I can access my basic account information .

However if I try to take any actions that involves a different web page I can blocked. The error is something like this:

error line 2

access denied.

This happens one the one PC only. I can access my account and process requests from my other PCs.

I have tried turning off my firewall and popup blocker.

I would appreciate any help if figuring out why I am being blocked .

Thanks

This sounds like you may have a problem with the Java Runtime. What is the entire error message?

First I would contact the owners of the site and see if there is a problem they may or may not be aware of. If that does not work or is impractical try uninstalling and re-installing the latest Java™ SE Runtime Environment 6 Update 1.

Thanks

The error is now happening to when we go to sites like CNN, CNBC etc. It only on this PC. No problem accesing the sites from other PCs. My conclusion is that this a PC rather than a website error.

thanks for the link
