What make and model is the Sony Viao?
What kind of recovery disks are you using (home-made, Sony disks, Microsoft disks, etc)?

Sorry for the misspelling, yes it is Vaio, I am using the disc that came with the computer there are 3 System Recovery CD's they will go in but keeps coming up that the program did not fully install and needs to be re installed, then after they are done it will boot up, go into a disc check then reboot, go into a disc check until I shut it off. It is a PCV Rx550 sorry but is only number I am finding on the outside casing.
