i know little to nothing about computers. i have enough ability to be dangerous to my computer; it is not working and i will post the hjt soon. I had to come to the library to access email - my computer won't go to my email any more.

hopefully, i'll learn something and get my computer healthy again.

Thanks jgweed and commander gman. I still haven't had any luck with the machine and posted an HJT log. I hope to hear from someone soon.

Welcome to Bleeping Computer, ifishskies.

It may take a while to get a response from the HJT Team, because they are very busy. Please, be patient, as these people are volunteers. They will help you, as soon as possible.

If you haven't heard back from them in 5 days, go to this topic, Haven't Had A Reply In Five Days?, and carefully follow all directions.
