A week or so ago, I realized my computer was acting kind of strange. My CS was messed up, my AIM Triton kept freezing every time an IM was sent, and most importantly, IE didn't work. The IE problem isn't that big for me since I use firefox, but for those pesky IE-only site, my firefox freezes, along with IE6 and MYIE2.

I'm not sure if my computer is infected, so I'll just post this:

That's because you didn't close all programs when running ATF cleaner, please close all running programs, including your browsers and rerun ATF cleaner and see if it helps.

still doesn't work.

I was reading the FAQ, and it said that it's recommended that I keep older versions.

http://java.com/en/download/faq/5000070400.xml

I'm not sure if that applies to me.

btw, I'm not sure if IE and firefox run on the same javascrpit. I use firefox as my browser, and I was wondering if it maybe ran on an older version of java, cause when I use IE tab on sites that look messed up (like this one), they look fine when I use IE tab (where I can see all the borders and such).

thanks for ur help

If you're not sure, you can always backup your extensions with this tool:
