Well i dont know much of your problem  but i can give you a little help, whenever the SYSTEM SHUTDOWN message appears, go to Start -> Run -> then type in "shutdown -a" without the quotes (Duh.) it will terminate the process..for now

Hello,

your system is heavily infected,

That message usually occurs when the RPC service is stopped,
or
Svchost in the task manager has been terminated.
or
The system has been infected with the sasser or mydoom worm and its friends

Can you start the system?
What security products have you got on the system?
