Infected With "autorun.vbs"

Hi, BC Experts.

I recently installed F-Secure as the new anti-virus of the laptop I inherited from a colleague who left (i.e. it was previously installed with Avast!). Prior to the installation, double-clicking on the logical drives opens new windows of the chosen directories, and right-clicking shows garbage text for the "Open" and "Explore" options. I believe F-Secure was able to remove the virus from the system because double-clicking on any of my drives now yields 'Can not find script "autorun.vbs"', although right-clicking still shows the aforementioned garbage text.
