I am really grateful to you two for getting back to me so quickly. Indeed, spylocked is one of the sites! I am now going to go and try the site you advised. Thank you.

Guys I did try those instructions and I did download the instructions but I don't think I'm expert enough to be able to do things like start in safe mode and then choose the correct commands etc. Is there any other way that you know of? Thanks

I have followed some of the adivce given above to 'beachbuoy', having gotten as far as downloading the Smitfraud program, but I am also not enough of a pro to go to safe mode, so I would appreciate the verbatum instructions for the rest of the operation to purge out spylocked.

Welcome folly26

The instructions are provided in the self-help guide "How to remove SpyLocked and SpywareLocked". When you get to the part about safe mode, click on the link to get further instructions on how to do that.
