Avg Antispyware Is Froze

HI I ran avg and it says I have 23 infections but it is stuck scanning on sp2 files. The scan never finishes, the scan bar remains in the middle. How can I quarantine these infections? thanks cmbz4

Try running the scan in safe mode.

Be sure to follow the AVG Anti-Spyware Scan Instructions.
"Safe Mode Instructions".
