hello!
I hope someone can help me. I can't get onto any of the antivirus sites (symantec/trendmicro/mcafee..) or download the new flashplayer (i'm not sure thats related......!). I can't update norton antivirus and get the dreaded LU1814 error message I've scanned around for help but most involve me looking into my hosts file which i don't have, or can't find......! Oh, and I also tried to use firefox instead but I download it and then it works that one time but never again bells ringing!!? I found a site that suggested I might have W32/Agobot-JS worm because I can't get onto the security sites and also because i have soundman.exe, although this is also my souncard. I searched for files with that as a section and it came up five times all with the same icon, although one entry was SOUNDMAN capitalised, could this be a infected? I looked up on the interenet and there as a suggestion that it could be the W32/agobot - JS worm, could it be?? i'm only wee and not the greatest with computers so please be gentle with me!
here is my hijackthis logfile. If anyone would have a look at it for me and give me a wee bit of advice, i'll love you forever!

Hello,

* Download: HostsXpert
Unzip hoster to an own folder, eg C:\HostsXpert
Start Hoster.exe, click 'Restore Original Hosts' and click OK.

Let me know if you can access the security related sites afterwards.

There's nothing suspicious in your log.
