I have rip a movie part with it,but can't upload to Youtube due to wrong format.What should i do?

It's in a Intervideo WinDVD format.

Interv ideo WinDVD is a standard DVd format.

Here are several guides to change it to AVI. I don't know how knowledgeable yuo are. If you cant work it out just post back. Than i would need to know which codecs yu have on board

Is there an easier way?it gives me a headache as i cant really understand.

DVDMagic lets you resize the DVD file even change it to an avi and the interface is simple enough
