For the last 2 weeks i have been having some weird audio problems and i hope someone here can help me.

Right now i can play a video and hear audio fine if I'm not using a browser (i'm currently using the latest version of firefox but IE has the same problem). When i'm using the browser i can't hear the audio when the video is playing but i can hear if it is only and audio file. I've tried to check the speaker settings but is says that the speakers do not exist.

If anyone has any tips or insight it would be greatly appreciated

Edit: ignore this post i fixed the problem i went into speaker settings and under sound playback i switched from the default device to my sigmatel audio
