Outlook Express

All the files in my Outlook Express have been removed from Outlook. The files are still on my computer as .dbx files. How can I open them? Someone told me that I could create a new folder in Outlook then rename the files as temp files and open them, but I don't know all the steps. Anyone have an idea?
