Odd Gimp Problem

SO i installed gimp and when i tried urunning it, it gives me an error saying that it could not locate libexpat.dll
i tried reboot/reinstallitaion, reinstalled the GTk enviroment...and still ahve the same error, any help is appreciated

not to my knowledge. my security software doesnt pick it up and Ive been using Gimp for 2 years now (just not all that often)
