Clear your browsers cache and cookies. Restart your machine, and see if that helps? If not post back. and we will try something else.

I'm going to assume that you cleared both cache and cookies and you still have the issue, according to your reply.

Okay, lets check something else.

Verify that Internet Explorer or another program on your computer such as an anti-virus program or a firewall are not configured to block scripts, ActiveX controls, or Java applets.
1>Start Internet Explorer.
2>On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3>In the Internet Options dialog box, click Security.
4>Click Default Level.
5>Click OK.

As for other methods to verify configuration of script blocking ActiveX or Java applets:

Check the documentation for the anti-virus program or firewall that you are using to determine how to turn on scripting, ActiveX and Java applets.

What is cache? I'm a little computer illiterate.

A simple definition of Cache would be: A temporary storage area where frequently accessed data can be stored for rapid access. Once the data is stored in the cache, future use can be made by accessing the cached copy rather than re-fetching or recomputing the original data, so that the average access time is lower.

Complete definiton and more reading on cache can be found here.
