Hi all. I'm new here. I was going thru the learning steps at 'Malware U' and was referred here for a tutorial and have been here ever since. Now I'm slowly making my way thru all the fine tutorials here.

Ok, this may not be the right place for this question but...since I'm here I figured I'd ask...what exactly are the buses? I think I get the concept of basically a set of wires or conductors on a circuit board. But what are system buses, address buses, data buses, front-side buses, and how do they relate to the speed of the processor and motherboard and memory etc. I have Googled this all but it just don't really get it yet.

Thanks and sorry if this hardware type question is out of line for this forum.
