I have approx 5000 machines on a corporate network that I need to manage Microsoft patches for. These systems range from Win2k, Win2k3, to XP. I have tried a product called Patchlink but have not been too happy with this product.

Is anybody using an enterprise Patch Management software tool that they are happy with? These are the key features I am interested in using:
1) Ability to group computers for patch management.
2) Nice reporting based on the computer groups or individual patches.
3) No agent needed on the client (this would be awesome if I could find a product without an agent).

I am about to look at the latest version of WSUS. I have heard it has nice reporting.
