Every time I load a dvd or open some movie file this "photogallery" wants to install but then cant find its install files or something.

I cannot disable it and its getting on my nerves. I did a google search and came up empty.

Anyone know how to fix it?

Probably some extra software from another software. I would say remove whatever program its tied to.

If you have an HP peripheral, this might be of interest.

This can also be caused when autoplay detects a certain type of file and wants to open an Adobe Photogallery program. This irritates the heck out of me when I insert my flash drive into customer's computers at work. The fix is to modify the associations for phot fioles and autoplay.
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

It was wanting to open a hp photogallery every time I opened a dvd or .avi file it seems. But then again not always. It never used to do this.

I located hp image zone and the plus version. I removed them both and I will see what happenes.

One thing though I have never seen a program take so long to uninstall.
