I just got out my hard drive and it took awhile to get out. After i put it back in my computer it won't turn on. There is this blinking green light in the back next to the power cord. Any help?

Try to perform a power cycle. Switch off the power supply, unplug the power cord, switch the voltage switch up to 220, then back down after 5 seconds. Plug in the cable, then switch it back on. See if that helps you.
