Hello, can someone help me out on installing this please. I have tried to and it won't download. I don't know anything about Active-X controls and how to set them on my Internet options. Thank you!

I have have had the problem for weeks now and have tried various "remedies" was referred to this site for info by spybot team - please advise if you find out what the story is
